Financial Neutral

Financial Neutral is a financial professional who has additional training in Collaborative Divorce  programs. The Financial Neutral works with BOTH parties and their attorneys from the very beginning of their divorce process. In your first session with a Financial Neutral you will be asked for your financial statements, mortgage information, and spending habits by filling out your Case Information Statement (CIS). After your financial neutral has collected your CIS forms they will create a balance sheet and a cash flow report for the two parties. The financial reporting and research done by this professional for BOTH parties will improve efficiency, and reduce cost. In the Collaborative process, there is no need to hire two competing financial experts. Again, saving each party additional costs.
