Kenneth J. Gilmore

Ken holds a B.S. in Economics and a Masters Degree in Accounting. He is a member of NJ Association of Professional Mediators. Ken works with couples and other professionals in collaborative divorce cases. He may also serve as a financial neutral in these situations, and in cases that require reviews of more detailed information. Which may include lifestyle analysis, Case Information Statement (CIS), Investment/ Pension calculations, benefits / insurance, alimony and child support calculations, and equitable distribution. Non-cash compensation and executive benefits are other areas frequently reviewed. 

Ken also is on the Court Roster in Essex, Morris, and Union counties of Mediators for Economic Aspects of family law cases. In certain cases he may serve as an expert witness, and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA)
